Overview
At Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer, we believe problem solving can be a meaningful way to avoid litigation. In reviewing an employment matter, we consider the circumstances, the individuals involved, and the business goals, objectives, and philosophy of the employer. We then look at all these considerations from a legal perspective, keeping in mind what the employer hopes to accomplish, and use our problem-solving skills accordingly.
With Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer’s experience in so many varied employment matters, we know how similar situations have played out in the past and plan accordingly. Equally important, we know the strategies of opposing counsel and the actions that plaintiffs’ attorneys will likely take to pursue a case to litigation. Throughout, we keep in mind that victory may mean something different to each client, and tailor our approach to meet our client’s definition of a successful outcome.
In problem solving mode, we aim to avoid litigation. If issues cannot be resolved through problem solving or alternative dispute resolution, Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer vigorously defends clients in any litigation that could not be prevented.
