Litigation Attorney
We’re currently seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience to join our team. At Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer, our attorneys work closely together to draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, position statements and motions, and to take depositions and appear in courts and before administrative agencies. We work collaboratively with clients and let them define what victory means in each unique case. Our attorneys also are actively involved in the firm’s marketing and client outreach efforts, including social media. Excellent legal writing, analysis and oral argument skills are an absolute minimum, but we'd also like to see some experience in labor and employment law.
